During our romantic escape, we loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was close to the train station and had easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The secure garage parking provided a sense of security for our car, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed.
The ventilation in our room could have been better. We found it difficult to regulate the temperature, and opening the window at night was not a favorable option due to the noise from the streets.

Perfectly clean and quaint hotel, particularly good and unbeatable location in the centre of the city. A wide array of options for breakfast, great croissants and cheese. Location next to the train station through which most visitors would have arrived a century ago, the surrounding area and the xmas markets in northern france...

Had a nice size room and a perfectly pleasant stay during the business trip. Peaceful and best possible location, near the main square. A lot of food options not too far from the venue.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location couldn't be better - right in the center of the city and opposite the picturesque train station. It made our travel so convenient and saved us a lot of time. Secondly, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Finally, the attention to detail in this hotel is impressive. From the beautifully furnished rooms with separate toilets to the cozy carpeting, they've thought of everything to make the stay comfortable.
All was superb, nothing to improve.

Just in front of the station, and a quarter footing from the town centre. Very good stylish restaurant. Both nice crew.

Staff very helpful, no problem in moving room to find independent shower, helped with directions to pubs for Cup Final, spacious rooms, very convenient for train station, trams and buses.
Price was a bit on the expensive side compared to other Hotels in the city - Valenciennes not exactly Paris in luxury terms.

honnestly i was very disappointed by the room . Bad decoration, old furniture Especially when you see such a different between the pictures on the internet sit eand the reality
And it was 10 euros to have a coffee in the room. I think that 10 euros for a pot of coffe is just not acceptable !
